A direct discussion about the business, the ambition, and whether we are the right partner. No pitch deck required and no obligation on either side.

Our startup consulting process
Our method is deliberately plain. Understand the business honestly, choose the few decisions that change its trajectory, then stay until they are done.
01 — The stages
Our consulting process is deliberately short on ceremony: four stages, each ending in decisions the business can act on.
A direct discussion about the business, the ambition, and whether we are the right partner. No pitch deck required and no obligation on either side.
Two to three weeks inside the numbers, the market, and the team. We surface what is actually constraining growth rather than what is easiest to fix.
A short written plan: the few priorities that matter, who owns them, how we will measure them, and what we are deliberately not doing.
Working sessions on a fixed rhythm. We stay in the detail — pricing, hiring, messaging, capital — until the plan is real in the business.
Engagements often become long relationships, and sometimes investments. We keep a standing seat for the companies we back.
02 — Ways to work together
Continuous senior counsel with a set working rhythm and direct access between sessions.
A defined problem — repositioning, a growth plan, capital readiness — with a clear end state.
Capital plus involvement. Our own money in the business and our team in the room.
